Welcome
to Norfleet Builders

Norfleet Builders is a family company in Robertson and Sumner County, building about 20 homes a year from our office on Highway 31W in White House. We build in our own communities and on land you already own, and the people whose name is on the sign are the ones you'll work with.

Pick a plan from our portfolio, make it yours with your selections, and get one price in writing before we break ground. No allowances, no surprise change orders, no guessing. Every home is built the way we'd want our own, and the people who build it are the ones you'll see around town for years.
